Email hello@getdewly.com with your order number and reason. We'll guide you through it.

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, opened masks may be eligible for a refund but not a physical return.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

Damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded in full — just send us a photo and we'll sort it immediately.
